Loss and Pain

As humans we all deal with loss and pain in life.

Often they come in the most unexpected moments and there are different degrees of pain.

How we deal with loss and pain will define or shape us as an individual.

There are several different outlets to deal with loss or pain and I think that by making the right decision on how to deal with loss or pain we can prevent hurting ourselves further.

Methods that have helped in these moments to reduce, heal or cope with pain is meditation, self analysis, prayer and letting go.

These methods help me to realise that I must set the right intentions in life but understand that the outcomes of life are not completely in my control.

We can only try our best and hope for our dreams to come true through the actions that we take. But in the end GOD or whatever is in the external universe is the decider of our fate and we can only try to shape it to an extent.

Every dark moment comes with challenges that will either help us to improve our lives or can cause us to break apart. There is no issue with taking a break and healing but in the end, I believe we must continue to try to improve and move on as the world keeps on spinning.

I hope whatever loss or pain that you are experiencing can be healed and that you gain back your hope for a better and brighter day.
