Stick to the plan

Rule number 1 stick to the plan no matter what happens....

It is going to be very uncomfortable this following 1-2 years but if I execute effectively my future for myself and my children will be solidified.

I will have established my life for the next stage. This will involve deep planning, thinking, contemplation, flexibility and maneuvering to achieve your final desires.

People do not want to see you being happy and achieving your final goals but it essential to conceal your personal intentions and desires while pursuing them.

Preparing for the bad while trying my best is my only hope.

Near my final rotation, play it like Napoleon. Have several options available:

A. Have medicine study positions prepared - Flinders preferred

B. Risk it by having another hospital position in SA Health prepared by that rotation - NALHN preferred

The last dance with my future self, I must get these final steps correct or regret not creating the life that I want.
